Little Brook Farm is a family-oriented, and family-run horse farm that is located within the beautiful Moosehead Lake Region, in the Town of Shirley, Maine. We are only eight miles South of Moosehead Lake!.........10 minutes away. We are a small equine facility that is situated off the main road, which enables us to provide a safe, quiet and relaxed atmosphere for you and your horse to enjoy. Our riding program is focused on safety, learning, building confidence, and LOTS OF FUN!! We offer English and Western riding lessons for all ages.....beginners to advanced riders, day camps, a Saddle Club, boarding, guided trail rides for those who bring their own horses, and we are also a Bed & Breakfast for horses!!........The only one in the area!! Come vacation with your horse!! All at very reasonable rates, and we have several pre-paid packages with discounts to choose from. Because we are a smaller equine business, we are able to give quality, individualized attention and care to our students and our horses. This way everyone will benefit more. We are here to help you reach your individual riding goals; whether that is just learning the basics and how to ride safely and confidently, to trail riding or being able to show your horse successfully.
