Little Brook Farm provides exceptional, personalized quality care for your horses. Each
horse's individual needs are always met.
We have over 20 years years experience in equine care, riding, training, showing and teaching.
The owner is also a veterinary technician, and lives on the premises, which provides
knowledgeable, 24/7 care and monitoring.
Permanent or short-term boarding is available, along with day boarding for those who may
want to vacation with their horses. Pasture board with shelters, or stall board, with turnout
is offered. Several boarding options are also available to choose from.
We provide high-quality feed, and it's custom designed for your horses' requirements and
special needs. The owner of Little Brook Farm is also very knowledgeable about equine
nutrition, and can help you design a good nutritional program for your horse if needed.
Our facilities offer you & your horse:
~A large barn with four matted 10x12 stalls
~Extra space for hay storage, etc...
~Tack & feed room that's heated when necessary
~Fenced-in & matted outdoor wash area with ties
~Hot water access in barn & wash area
~A 100x100 well maintained, sanded & fenced-in outdoor riding ring
(riding ring has appropriate letters in place for dressage)
~Use of jumps, poles, jump fillers & a few cross-country jumps
~Easy access to beautiful trails
~Several separate paddocks with shelters
~Access to grass pasture if available
~Access to restroom facilities
~Option to trailer to our other farm property for trail riding, or some cross-country
jumping......Only 10 minutes away!!
~Extra hay storage & trailer parking at our other property if needed.
~A safe, quiet & relaxed setting for you & your horse to enjoy, since we are
located off the busy main road
Within one hundred feet down the road is a really nice dirt road with hills, so you can slowly
condition your horse with some hill work and long galloping stretches. This is a really nice
thing to have accessible to us after a long Winter!!
BOARDING OPTIONS:
Stall Board w/turnout: $275/mo.
~(LBF provides care, grain, shavings, wormer/fecal checks, turnout prep, blanketing)
Pasture Board w/shelter: $240/mo.
~(LBF provides care, grain, wormer/fecal checks, fly spraying, blanketing)
Partial Board w/stall: $200/mo.
~(Owner provides care, grain, shavings, wormer, turnout etc...)
Partial Board w/shelter: $165/mo.
~(Owner provides care, grain, wormer, fly spraying etc...)
Day Boarding: $25/day
~(Owner provides hay, grain.....LBF provides care)
***Hay is to be provided by owner for all boarding options*** (Unless other
arrangements are made. Deliveries can be made to barn by local store owner if needed).
***Supplements, fly spray,blankets etc., are to be provided by the owner
***Proof of current vaccinations, (EEE/WEE/TET/FLU/RAB), & a negative coggins, within one year, are
required prior to arrival.
***A boarding contract & liability release must be filled out & signed prior to arrival.
