We have two main philosophies that guide our instruction
program for the students, and also the way we handle and
    train our horses.

The first is our belief in treating horses with kindness and
respect.  We teach our students to treat horses this way at
all times.  By doing this, you become a partner with your
horse, and create a greater bond and trust with them
instead of just being a rider, and your horse will treat you
likewise in return, and want to perform better for you.

We also believe in the importance of teaching and training
    one step at a time.
It doesn't matter how long that takes, because it's
different for every student and horse.  There are many
stepping stones along the way that we all need to take in
order to achieve our riding goals, and skipping over them
always ends up being problems later.  We want to ensure
that riders feel confident, safe and a have a secure, proper
position in the saddle before moving up to the next level.
